Cultural Activities

Every year we observe Cultural Week where Inter House events like Solo Song, Group Song, Group Dance, Hasya Kavita, Orchestra, Tabla, Skit etc. are held during the month of July/August. In the course of the year we have various Inter House Competitions like Spelling, Quiz, Calligraphy, Debate, Essay etc. Apart from the regular Annual Sports Day various sports competitions like Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Cricket, Football, Carrom, and Chess etc. are a part of our yearly calendar.

DPS Bokaro is one of the leaders in providing dance training to students in the whole region in association with cultural societies and expertise of our dance trainers. Students are trained for Films, schools, stage shows, corporate events & Television Shows.

We offer Western and Indian Traditional Dances along with Aerobics and all other contemporary forms.

A structured classical music training

Hindustani vocal is provided to studnets from early years of life. Assessments, certifications, presentations and victories at various competitions at district/zonal levels enable students to pursue music.
These trainings are provided during school hours making it easy and fun for all kinds of events.
We offer classes for Classical ,Hindustani Folk, Bhajan ,Rabindra Sangeet, Thumri, Dadra, Ghazal, Qawwali, Chaiti ,Kajari, Sufi.
